HOW IT WORKS
The following guide is directed toward delegates as an informative quick start guide, to help you set up Zoom, which we now conduct our debates on, and to help you utilize Google Docs to organize resolutions and amendments.
Setting up Zoom to join the conference
1. We recommend using a computer, not a mobile phone or a tablet PC.
2. The Zoom link of each committee will be provided through the committee page of this website before the conference.
3. Orientation will be given through the same link.
4. Delegated don’t need to make a Zoom account or download Zoom for the conference.
Setting up Google Docs to write documents
1. Delegates need a Google account to write resolutions and amendments during the conference.
2. The format for resolutions and amendments will be provided on Google Docs, and the link will be given through the email address you submitted when registering.
